帕金森病（Parkinson's disease）
一种突发的,缓慢进展的中枢神经系统变性疾病,其特征是动作的缓慢与缺失,肌肉僵直,静止性震颤和姿势不稳. 帕金森病是老年人中第四位最常见的神经变性疾病.在≥65岁的人群中,1%患有本病；在＞40岁的人群中则为0.4%.本病也可在儿童期或青春期发病(少年型帕金森综合征). ——《默克诊疗手册》帕金森病
