University of Miami to Acquire HDC's Recently Discovered AIDS Biomarker Signature and Agrees to Continuing Royalty Payments for Any Future Commercial Sales related to Biomarkers

Health Discovery Corporation announced today that the University of Miami will acquire full ownership of the recent AIDS Biomarker Signature discovered by the scientists at Health Discovery Corporation using the company's patent-protected Fractal Genomic Modeling (FGM) Technology. The University of Miami agreed to an upfront cash payment and continuing royalty payments for any future commercial sales related to this new discovery. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
